European Equity Fund

Compass Advisers' alliances within the private equity world include a direct relationship with the Compass Partners European Equity Fund, a $917 million fund focused on buying and improving operations of manufacturing and service companies in Western Europe, and the largest "first-time" fund, when raised, for European investment.

      With its relationships among Limited Partners and extensive access to capital, the European Equity Fund has an excellent track record in delivering shareholder returns.  Since its 1999 inception, the European Equity Fund has undertaken more complex transactions than the traditional private equity firm, including industrial consolidations, restructurings and corporate carve-outs.
