Riccardo Bariola joined Compass, Rondelli Advisers in Milan as a Senior Associate in February 2010.

      Before Compass, Mr. Bariola served as the CFO to Zanotta in Milan, a leading Italian home furnishings design company founded in 1954.

      Prior to Zanotta, Mr. Bariola was a Senior Associate at Sigma Corporate Finance, a Milan-based investment banking boutique, where he was involved in M&A transactions including Netscalibur and Roberto Cavalli.

      Previously, Mr. Bariola worked as a Corporate Development Specialist at Manuli Rubber Industries, an Italian multinational corporation operating in the hydraulic, automotive and oil & marine sectors.  Major assignments include the delisting of the company from the Milan Stock Exchange, the disposal of the automotive business, and the acquisition of two manufacturers of hydraulic components in the UK and France.

      Mr. Bariola's work history includes tenures as an Analyst in the Milan office of ING Barings, and as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Milan.

      Mr. Bariola received a degree in business administration at LIUC University and a master's degree in corporate finance from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
