Mary Anne Lauretta joined Compass, Rondelli Advisers in July 2008 and has over 20 years of administrative, office and facility management experience.  She serves as Office Manager of the Milan office and Senior Personal Assistant to Saverio Rondelli.

      Prior to Compass, Rondelli, Ms. Lauretta was Office Manager at Hudson Italia and, before that, at Kurt Salmon Associates where she managed the Rome and Milan offices as well as the administrative staff.  Other experiences include tenures as a freelance translator at the Walt Disney editorial offices in Milan, and Administrative Assistant at Albert Culver.

      Ms. Lauretta began her career as an International Medical Conference Organizer at Fondazione Giovanni Lorenzini, where she developed her administrative and managerial skills.

      She graduated from high school in New York with honors and studied psychology.
