David Lazarus is a Senior Managing Director at EdgeRock Realty Advisors, Compass Advisers' joint venture with FTI Consulting dedicated exclusively to the real estate sector.
Previously, Mr. Lazarus spent 12 years as a Managing Director in the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers, which was acquired by Barclays Capital in 2008. At Lehman / Barclays, Mr. Lazarus was involved in over $50 billion of real estate transactions across a wide range of products and sectors.
From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Lazarus worked at The Yarmouth Group, a real estate advisor, as a capital transactions associate. Prior to that, Mr. Lazarus worked as a CPA at KPMG.
Mr. Lazarus graduated with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1993.
