Bobby Kelly joined Compass Partners Asset Management in March 2010 as a Principal based in the New York office.

      Prior to Compass, Mr. Kelly was a Vice President at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, the private equity arm of Credit Suisse.  At DLJMB, he worked on a broad range of private equity transactions across the business services, consumer, leisure and industrial sectors and was responsible for deal sourcing, investment due diligence, deal execution and post-closing value enhancement.  He has served on the Board of Directors for The Service Companies.

      Before joining DLJMB, Mr. Kelly worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank, where he performed a variety of financial advisory assignments for corporate clients and financial sponsors.

      Mr. Kelly graduated from Boston College with a B.S. degree in finance.
