Eileen Wiseman joined Compass as a Principal in December 2002 and has over 20 years of operations and project management experience. She manages the operations of Compass' Restructuring Group and directs the Firm's marketing effort.
Ms. Wiseman has worked on numerous transactions including ATA Holdings Corporation, Adelphia Communications Corporation, Calpine Corporation, Delphi Corporation (PBGC), Fleming Companies, Kmart Corporation, Teleglobe Communications, Kasper A.S.L., Diamond Brands, Frank's Nursery & Crafts, AMF Bowling, Quality Stores, RSL Communications, Trans World Airlines, Aerovox, WorldCom Inc., Navigator Gas Transport, Spinnaker Industries, Cellular Information Systems, Indesco International, Polymer Group, Complete Management, and U.S. Home Corporation.
Prior to Compass, Ms. Wiseman was the Director of Research and Operations of the Investment Banking & Restructuring Group at Loeb Partners Corporation. Before Loeb, Ms. Wiseman was a Project Manager for Standard Chartered Bank, a 150‑year old international banking organization with total assets of $68 billion. At Standard Chartered Bank, Ms. Wiseman coordinated the integration of customer accounts acquired from UBS, and subsequently developed and implemented certain critical finance, compliance and sales policies throughout the bank.
Before Standard Chartered, Ms. Wiseman was a Senior Environmental Scientist at AKRF, Inc., a leading New York-based planning and environmental services firm. Previously, Ms. Wiseman was a Research and Information Specialist at a major New York private equity investment firm. Ms. Wiseman started her career as a project management consultant for various financial services firms.
Ms. Wiseman received a B.S. degree in chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles.
