Michele Nataloni is a Principal in the Milan office of Compass, Rondelli Advisers.  He joined the firm as an Associate in March 2007.

      Since joining Compass, Mr. Nataloni has assisted with several transactions, including Consilium Private Equity Fund's acquisition of Gelit (Barilla's ice cream and frozen foods unit); Barclays Private Equity's acquisition of Gemeaz Cusin and Scapa Italia (the food service businesses previously owned by Accor); and the sale of European textile manufacturer Klopman International to India‑based MW Unitexx.

      Previously, Mr. Nataloni spent four years working in the Italian Investment Banking division at WestLB AG.  He was involved in M&A and ECM transactions including, among others, the successful completion of Isagro IPO, the disposal of the Barclays Private Equity investee, Bluvacanze, and the takeover of Stalexport (PL) by Autostrade SpA.

      Mr. Nataloni studied business administration and graduated with a master's degree in corporate finance from the Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
